Terms of Service

I DO DRAW:

  • Original / Game Characters

  • OC x Canon Characters

  • Any humanoid being

  • Couple NL/BL/GL(SFW)

I DON'T DRAW:

  • Mecha/Robot

  • NSFW Content

  • Explicit Gore

  • Furry (negotiable)

GENERAL RULES:

  • Personal use only, commercial use will add 50%-100% from the normal price.

  • Any arts for Vtuber necessities will be treated as commercial use.

  • Working time could be finished in a week or way longer, depending on the queue.

  • Please tell me if you have a certain deadline. (extra fee may apply)

  • Please don't rush me, I usually work a bunch of commissions simultaneously, but you can always ask me for work progress.

  • A major revision is available when sketching, and a minor when coloring.

  • Full payment must be done after the sketch approved, with no refund.

  • Purchases above $100 are recommended to have an installment payment, 50% upfront then 50% after the sketch is approved.

  • Payment can be done via Paypal, Wise, and Ko-fi.

  • All high-resolution files will be sent to your email or Google Drive.

  • There is a chance I might decline an order if the character is someone I cannot draw well, my style strengths and preferences influence every commission.

  • The commission result (with a watermark) will be uploaded to our portfolio. Privatization of personal commissions can be considered and discussed (extra fee may apply).

  • Both personal and commercial works made by winterAifu are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.
